CLOUD’s scheduled 25% supply burn leads the near-term calendar, followed by NEAR’s issuance vote and AIC’s exchange-listing reveal. BTC gained 2.4% over seven days while the market excluding BTC fell 1.8%, favoring patience with weaker tokens. NEAR, AIC and FIL warrant daily-close reassessment rather than fresh purchases now.

Reassess after a completed daily close above $5.57. The recently announced issuance-cut vote could lower future supply growth if approved; its estimated timing is by October 11. NEAR’s 121% monthly gain far exceeds its sector’s 12%, but it has fallen 8.8% this week. At the current $5.03, room to $5.57 is about 11%, versus roughly 10% downside to the September 29 low of $4.55. Recent daily ranges reached $0.60–$0.77, making that room insufficiently attractive for a new position.

Reassess after a completed daily close above the October 3 high of $0.0374. The recently announced top-10 exchange listing reveal, expected by October 11, could broaden access, but does not establish when trading starts. Despite a 104% monthly gain, AIC is down 4.8% this week and currently trades at $0.0319, below October 4’s $0.0350 close. Nearby highs at $0.0353–$0.0374 limit recovery room; recent daily swings of $0.006–$0.010 and support at $0.0237 make buying the decline unsuitable.

Reassess after a completed daily close above $1.13. The long-standing October 15 vesting-end announcement points to roughly 75% lower gross issuance, but is still ten days away. FIL gained 41% over a month versus 30% for storage tokens, then lost 7.1% this week. Its current $1.11 leaves only about 2% to first resistance at $1.13, less than recent daily swings. The October 2 low of $0.9845 is much farther below; the later $1.23 level does not justify buying before nearby resistance clears.
